Privacy and legal notice
This page explains what data we collect from this site, why we process it and how you can exercise your rights. It is written to be read.
Data controller

Data we collect
Only the email address you enter in the contact form, together with the language version of the site you wrote from, so that we reply in your language. We ask for nothing else and we collect no browsing data for statistics or advertising.
Purpose
We use your address to reply to you and for the follow-up exchanges about your enquiry; the language is there so we answer in yours. Nothing else: we do not use them for newsletters or for commercial messages you did not ask for.
Legal basis
The consent you give by submitting the form, under Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time, and withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
Processors acting for us
Resend, for sending and receiving email. Cloudflare, for hosting the site and for Turnstile, the anti-spam check on the form. They act as processors and may process the data outside the European Union, on the basis of the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
We keep your address and the language for as long as it takes to handle your enquiry, and in any case for no longer than 24 months, after which we delete both.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing and portability; you can object to processing and withdraw consent already given. Write to info@amplioflow.com: we reply without undue delay and in any case within one month.
Complaint
If you believe the processing of your data breaches the GDPR, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it), or with the authority of the country where you live.
Cookies
This site uses no profiling cookies and no analytics or statistics tools. Turnstile, the anti-spam check on the form, may set a technical token needed to tell people from bots: it serves that purpose only and does not track your browsing.
